Purpose
this role.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities below, the individual should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional responsibilities.


Job duties and accountabilities

Primary Responsibilities

Application Management

  • Extensive use and understanding of various online platforms (Zoom meetings, Zoom Webinar, Restream, MS Teams and Webex etc.).
  • Proven skill in Installing and troubleshooting with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Set up Google workspaces and MS Active directory user accounts, permissions and Passwords

Infrastructure and Network administration and management

  • Manage and support the IT Infrastructure of the organisation, including hardware, software, desktop and shared infrastructure, networks, etc.
  • Assist with technology requirements in conference rooms, and other remote locations, including setting up laptops, projectors, network, and internet access. Provide technical support for LAN, wireless LAN, PCs, network printers, webinars/virtual meetings

Asset record Maintenance

  • Assign IT assets to each staff and consultant based on need and requirement.
  • Track and tagging of IT assets, maintaining maintenance in the stock register and database.
  • Maintaining repair and maintenance records.
  • Maintenance of data backup in external storage as per the defined SOP/guidelines.
  • Preparing reports on the functional process and status as and when instructed by the team lead.

Selection Criteria

Qualification

  • Graduate, good oral and written communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Minimum of 23 years' experience in IT.
  • High degree of creativity and ability to work within deadlines.

Work experience

  • 23 years' experience.
  • Ability to work in an intense, highpressure environment.

Personality

  • Ability to set up, manage and keep records, inventory and manage resources and time efficiently.
