Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their business needs, providing personalized solutions, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Lead negotiation discussions, handle objections, and work towards closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
Salary:
₹11, ₹28,822.47 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
