**Job Description: Executive

  • Supply Chain Management (Operations)**Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to:
Deputy Manager

  • Supply Chain Management
Education - Any Graduate/Post Graduate

  • 25 years of work experience in warehousing operations.

KPIs & Job Responsibilities:


  • To look after the dispatch from Warehouse to required locations.
  • To handle order processing, delivery Callan, invoicing.
  • To coordination with sales / order processing team.
  • Maintaining inward & outward of stock in ERP
  • Manage routine administrative expenses
  • To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
  • To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
  • Can interact and control drivers provide necessary tracking.
  • Resolve the issues by informing, interacting within warehouse.

Functional Competencies:


  • Should have hands on experience on MS Excel & ERP
  • Should have good coordination skill.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Inward, outward, inventory management & other warehouse exposure

Behavioural Competencies:


  • Be a proactive, selfmotivated, selfstarter who is action oriented and drives for results.
  • Having a positive attitude.
  • Strong learning ability and problemsolving skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
