Conduct thorough reviews of employee productivity, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to improve performance.- Evaluate current workplace issues, including employee satisfaction, departmental conflicts, and adherence to company policies.
- Assess business operations for lapses and discrepancies in processes, compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
- Analyze employee engagement strategies and their effectiveness, suggesting changes to increase staff motivation and retention.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, along with actionable insights.
- Work closely with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
- Stay updated with the latest audit techniques and industry regulations to ensure best practices are followed.
Pay:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
