Your Talents for this position:

Recognized experience in supporting teams in their development, performance & progress - by striking a good balance between behavioral skills, business methods and the deployment of progress practices.

Strong personal motivation in the development of people and teams.
Green Belt certification and successful experience in coaching Green Belt studies a Black Belt certification is a plus.

- at ease in writing and speaking, both in English (Must) and in French (Good to have).

Certification and experience with Agile or SAFe is a plus.
Team spirit and ability to federate by identifying and promoting individual and personal talents to achieve common objectives.
Selfmotivated, dynamic and the initiative to tackle challenges headon with a positive, proactive, and solutionoriented mindset.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, you are talented in recognizing the value of each team member and creating real team spirit.
