Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Patient Care Coordinator.
The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette
- Experience in care coordination and patient care
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
