Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote our commercial properties and secure sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase our commercial properties.
- Negotiate sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents in collaboration with the legal department.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
