Client Relationship Manager - IT Sales

Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai
Experience:
2+ years in IT sales
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for IT products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, products, and services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in IT sales with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with IT products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
Pay:
₹40, ₹65,795.07 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
