Educational Qualification
MBA in Business/ Master's degree in Fashion Management, Retail, or a related field.


Knowledge Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the Ecommerce industry.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Business Management & Customer Interaction
  • Basic proficiency in using office productivity tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any industryspecific software.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Basic skills in creating content for social media.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:


Inventory Management - Stores and Website:

  • Update and maintain inventory across all points of sale.
  • Ensure accurate tagging of products with the correct product information.

Catalogue Management:

  • Photograph and catalogue all products accurately.
  • Distribute catalogues to stores and synchronize with inventory.

Website Management:

  • Maintain the Ecommerce platform for optimal performance.
  • Proficiently handle product uploads, Execute timely order processing, and implement efficient tracking systems for seamless operations.
  • Proactively engage in customer followups to enhance customer satisfaction.
*Stipend as per industry standard

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹7,500.00 per month
