Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls:
Place outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or lists.


Product/Service Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.


Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, gathering information about their needs, and assessing their interest in our offerings.


Sales Pitch:
Present our products or services persuasively, addressing customer objections and concerns to close sales deals.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues promptly.


Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes and outcomes, in our CRM system.


Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, such as call quotas and conversion rates.


Feedback:
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.


Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into paying customers.


Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a similar role.

Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and call center equipment.

Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Customer-focused and able to build rapport with potential clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and product knowledge.

High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
