Rubber Moulding Machine

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup: Prepare and set up rubber molding machinery according to specific job requirements, including adjusting molds, dies, and machine settings.

Production Operation: Operate rubber molding machines, ensuring safe and efficient production processes while maintaining quality standards.

Material Handling: Load raw materials into the machines and monitor the flow of materials to ensure uninterrupted production.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, irregularities, and quality issues. Make adjustments as needed to ensure products meet specifications.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot machinery issues, performing minor repairs or adjustments to maintain production continuity.

Process Monitoring: Monitor machinery operations, temperature, pressure, and other variables to ensure proper molding conditions and prevent production deviations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, quality checks, and any maintenance performed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and team members.

Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
