Description

We are looking for Junior accounts payable position to fill with a manufacturing company at Ambad who would be primarily focusing on the following duties and responsibilities.


JUNIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily verify and enter all the production vouchers and find out the cost of production of each item.
  • Preparation of cost of production in excel sheet with shortage or excess list of production item and uploading into google drive.
  • Enter the stock journal entries on daily basis.
  • Enter the purchase invoices on daily basis.
  • Enter the petty cash bills.
  • On daily basis verify the purchase invoices with GRN after entering into the system & approve for the filing.
  • Verifying the purchase invoices, Preparation of vender payment file and preparing payment upload excel sheet and forward to senior account payable.
  • Vendor ledger reconciliation.
  • Verifying the transportation bills and making entries with TDS deduction.
  • Entering journal vouchers.
  • Bank reconciliation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Work experience: 2 4 years
  • Knowledge of Excel and Tally ERP
  • Good team work and collaboration skills

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
