upto 22k + incentive


As a sales counselor for a gym, your main responsibilities would include selling memberships, giving tours of the facilities, explaining the benefits of membership, and following up with potential members.

You'll also need to be knowledgeable about the gym's offerings and be able to address any concerns or objections customers may have.

Building relationships and providing excellent customer service are key to success in this role.


Job description:


Sales and Membership Conversion:
Promoting gym memberships and packages, converting leads into memberships through effective sales techniques.

Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective members, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Facility Tours:
Conducting facility tours to showcase gym amenities, equipment, and services to potential members.

Membership Retention:
Implementing strategies to retain current members, such as offering incentives, providing ongoing support, and addressing member feedback.

Goal Setting:

Collaborating with members to set fitness goals and recommending appropriate membership options and services to help them achieve their objectives.


Administrative Tasks:
Managing membership paperwork, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of sales and member interactions.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with other gym staff, including trainers and management, to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for members.


Continuous Learning:
Staying updated on industry trends, fitness products, and competitor offerings to better serve customers and enhance sales strategies.


Pay:
₹20, ₹22,221.74 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Rotational shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
