Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management.
