Experience

  • 6+ years in gems and Jewellery industry
Qualification - BBA or MBA

  • Administering complete retail store operations including Business Development
  • Carrying out various BTL activities for increasing footfall and business.
  • Preparing daily workloads for staff and coordinating for the daily allocation of work
  • Guide the sales staff in terms of product displays, product highlight areas positioning posters, layout plans etc.
  • Managing and developing monthly counter requirements
  • Provide information about the schemes and offers to the staff and solving problems which the staff is not able to handle.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients mapping their requirements and providing them best solutions
  • Responsible for staff training, motivation, Scheduling working hours, Supervising and developing rewards and recognition programmers

Salary:
