Description
The Placement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the job placement process for students and graduates.

-
Responsibilities:_

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national employers.
  • Identify and approach new employers to create job and internship opportunities for students.
  • Assist students in developing job search skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
  • Help students understand job market trends and employer expectations.
  • Organize and manage job fairs, recruitment events, and oncampus interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements and employer interactions.
  • Use data to improve placement strategies and provide feedback to academic departments.
  • Work closely with faculty, academic advisors, and other departments to align placement activities with educational programs.

Qualifications:_

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in career services, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹11, ₹28,807.57 per month
