    About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

    As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you'll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

    What you wil be doing at Evalueserve:

    ·Serving as a member of theinvestment banking team at Evalueserve

    ·Supporting bankers in severalcritical research tasks, including the following:

    oWorking on comparable companyanalysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company / M&Ascreening, and newsletter preparation

    oPreparing pitch books,industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers'outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers' valuationmultiples, and possible buyer / selleropportunities

    ·Maintaining efficiency in

    ·Working independently oncomplex projects

    ·Delivering error-freeprojects and client communications

    ·Creating and maintainingdatabases

    ·Allocating projects to teammembers depending on their industry expertise and skills and resolving theirproject-related queries

    ·Performing quality checks onclient deliverables

    ·Training and guidingjunior and new analysts and other team members

    What we're looking for:

    ·About 3-5 years of work experience

    ·Strong accounting and financeskill

    ·Good MS Office skills

    ·Knowledge of databases suchas FactSet, Thomson ONE, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg

    ·Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

    ·Ability to ensure timelycompletion of tasks within areas of responsibility

    ·Ability to practice attentiveand active listening

    ·Ability to identify proactiveways to contribute to the firm's goals and mission

    ·Ability to challenge currentthinking by implementing new ways of working
