Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering inquiries.

Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and offer recommendations to customers.

Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate merchandise availability.

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records.

Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed and maintain optimal inventory levels.


Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store layout is visually appealing and products are displayed attractively.

Arrange merchandise displays according to seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns.

Implement visual merchandising guidelines provided by the management team.


Sales Performance:

Actively promote sales by upselling or cross-selling products to customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the store.

Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.


Cash Handling:

Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Handle cash drawer reconciliation and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift.


Store Operations:

Open and close the store according to scheduled hours, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including display shelves, fitting rooms, and customer areas.

Perform regular store maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to the management team.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management principles and retail sales techniques.

Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
