Job Overview:

An educational counsellor is responsible for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Provide academic guidance and support to students, including helping them choose courses and majors, developing study skills, and managing their time effectively
Provide personal counselling and support to students, including helping them cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional issues that may impact their academic performance.
Meet with students oneonone or in groups to discuss academic progress, personal issues, and other concerns.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and positive learning environment for students.
Develop and implement educational programmes and workshops to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Keep uptodate with the latest trends and developments in education, counselling, and psychology.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in BCA ,MCA, B.Tech or related field.
A relevant postgraduate degree is preferable.
Relevant work experience in an education setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in education and counselling.
A strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
