Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution

  • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers medical details.
  • Take calls for Home Delivery and upsell
  • Make cold calls to take feedbacks and upsell
  • Make calls to promote the Ecom / Tcom business model
