Description
Planning work according to the client's requirements.- Preparing the detailed working of the project.
- Preparing the submissions of the concern authorities.
- Designing the details and layouts for the common plot, parking, basement and others.
- Prepare the area table, deed and required documentations.
- Planning of site office, preparing electric layouts, discussion with clients and team mates to gather information regarding foyer, gate, and compound wall and drainage system.
- Adapting plans according to circumstance and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
- Playing a part in project and team management; travels to building service engineers, construction mangers as and when required.
- Excellent design and drafting skills and keen eye for the detail of specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how such specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how such specifics fit in with the project as a whole.
- Presentation of project drawings with high levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
- Prepare required reports and submit it to management team on daily basis.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
