A degree in law with good academic record.

4-6 years' experience in handling litigation & contracts.

Looking for a resource preferably working with corporate office of MNC/Private company.

Resource must possess good communication, soft skills and writing skills.

Resource must have commendable knowledge about handling of Civil, Criminal, Cheque Dishonor claims, Arbitration, and Insolvency Bankruptcy code.

Position requires to draft reply to legal notices, statement of defense/counter reply related to pending and fresh cases.

Position requires to review existing legal cases filed by/against the company and to co-ordinate/liaison with panel Advocates to secure favorable disposal.

Relevant experience in reviewing agreements, examine the legal risks involved in various agreements related to business transactions.

Salary:
₹100, ₹500,000.00 per year
