Designation - Sales & Marketing Executive
Department - Sales & Marketing


Purpose of the Job:
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.


Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:


Sales, Pitch & Meeting

  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals
  • Capture detailed inputs and brief from prospective clients
  • Pitching products/services
  • Drafting Digital Marketing plans and proposals based on thorough research and understanding of the client's brief.
  • Preparing new Digital Marketing plans
  • Meeting client online / offline and understanding their requirements
  • Sharing proposals
  • Followups
  • Update in HubSpot
  • Attending conferences, meetings and Business events

Research and Development

  • Analyze the competition and mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner

Revenue

  • Generate revenue for the company
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

New clients

  • Pitch to inquiries shared by marketing team
  • Followups
  • Cold calling
  • Closing of orders

New data sourcing and management

  • Daily new sourcing of data from different sources
  • Managing databases

Person Specifications:

Qualifications - Educational qualification BMS / BMM / MBA
