Roles & Responsibility:

To create awareness of organic farming.
Search and contact new farmers for Organic farming in respective area.
To conduct farmer training program of concerned project.
To supervise the farmers of concerned project.
Supervise crops from time to time.
Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company s production schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them.
To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.
To maintain the records.

Good knowledge and experience in organic farming.

Should possess good communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long-term.

Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities.

Education and experience:

A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any Field (preferably related to Agriculture, Horticulture & their Allied Sectors).
2+ years' experience in a managerial role in Rural Areas.
Good communication in Local language and English.

Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
