Job Title: AM2/DM1
Department: Forex
  • Reports to: Senior Manager/Manager
  • Experience:

Work experience of at least 4 years, ideally in a Bank or Financial institution. Experience in Foreign exchange markets, particularly Forex Back office processing in banks, would be advantageous.

Requirement to work in rotational shifts.

Required Qualification: Minimum B.Com from a reputable university

Skill, Knowledge & Trainings

  • Knowledge of financial markets, especially Foreign Exchange
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Strong foundation in arithmetic
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good communication abilities
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Powerpoint

Core Competencies:

Pleasing personality, Adaptability, Time management, Teamwork, good interpersonal and communication skills

Functional Competencies:

  • The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of Financial markets, preferably in the realm of Foreign exchange.
  • Timely settlement of Forex operations (USD INR and CLS)
  • In accordance with prescribed procedures within specified timeframes
  • Preparation of various accurate and timely MIS reports for Top Management and Regulators
  • SWIFT operations following established procedures and policies
  • Active involvement in UAT/implementation of new products
  • Ensure flawless implementation and testing of all scenarios
  • Engagement with Member Banks, addressing issues, responding to queries, and managing exceptions
  • Effective resolution of Member concerns and queries
