Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Japanese and/or German Language Trainer located in Kollam. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing language training programs, focusing on practical conversational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree or higher in Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field
Native or nearnative fluency in Japanese and/or German, and excellent communication skills in English
Experience in teaching language to adults, preferably in a professional or corporate environment
Experience in creating and delivering engaging language training materials
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt teaching approach to meet individual learners' needs and learning styles
Certification in language instruction or related field is a plus
EXPERIENCE IN ADMINSITARTION OF Foreign Langugae academy will be an added advantage
