We are currently hiring Customer Care Executives for our International and Non-Voice Process in Chandigarh.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries through non-voice channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and strive for timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:


  • Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
  • Freshers are eligible to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to a rotational shift schedule.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work well within a team.
  • Good problemsolving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
