Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and other team members to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, Presentations, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any concerns or discrepancies.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
