Job Purpose:
- To Organise the production and quality of dyeing section._
_ Key Accountabilities:

Accountability
Supporting Actions
- Programme Planning
- Coordination with PPC
- Check WIP
- Maintain FIFO (first in first out)
- Inventory Management
- Check dosing of dyes & chemicals
- Maintain stock on daily basis.
- Maintain min average stock
- M/C Maintenance
- As per stipulated schedule
- Maintain breakdown records
- Quality Production
- Follow SOP of machine
- Check Quality of all RFD before dyeing.
- Increase RFT by new development.
- Waste Elimination
- Record wastage on daily basis
- Make system of monitoring & control.
- Responsible for piece dyed fabric
- Responsible from greige issue to ware house delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Textiles,Diploma
Minimum Experience Level:
10-15 Years
Report to:
Senior Manager
