Responsibilities:

Implementation of IAM solutions, including but not limited to identity/access governance and administration, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Configure IAM systems based on best practices and industry standards to meet the organization's security and compliance needs.

Configure federation with external identity/service providers (IdPs) and cloud services for seamless and secure authentication and authorization.

Integrate IAM systems with enterprise directories and other identity sources to maintain up-to-date user information.

Monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security vulnerabilities.

Conduct regular system maintenance, patching, and upgrades to ensure reliability and security.

Continuously optimize IAM processes and workflows to enhance usability, scalability, and efficiency.


Qualifications:
Proven experience 3-5 years in implementing and maintaining IAM solutions in enterprise environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Hands-on experience with Oracle IAM platform and strong understanding of directory services (e.g., Open LDAP, Active Directory)

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Oracle, AWS) and cloud-native technologies and proficiency in Linux operating systems.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
