Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where every sketch, every stitch, and every detail matters.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop innovative designs in line with current fashion trends and brand identity.
Create sketches, mood boards, and design prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including merchandising, production, and marketing to ensure cohesive product development.
Source materials, trims, and embellishments while maintaining quality standards and costeffectiveness.
Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
Participate in fittings and garment construction to ensure designs translate seamlessly from concept to reality.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements to continually innovate and elevate design offerings.

Requirements:

Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD. Strong sketching and conceptualization abilities. Excellent understanding of têxtiles, garment construction, and pattern-making.

Creativity: A keen eye for detail, color, and proportion. Ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries.
