Responsibilities:

Deliver full lifecycle ServiceMax implementations from inception to rollout with the ability to lead and manage developers (internal, partner, and clients)
Develop documentation (Business Requirements & Solution Design Documentation) and obtaining customer signatures, as appropriate
Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with mínimal input from management
Managing or maintaining the project schedule and coordinating meetings with customer representative
Initiating internal escalation requests through the Practice or Project Manager immediately upon determining that project completion or customer satisfaction is at risk
Work with client business users and IT executives to identify and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the client's business needs
Use structured quality methodologies, manage project risks and lead training activities.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Ability to document client requirements and translate solutions for the requirements, leveraging both configuration, customization, and integration as required to meet the client requirements
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions
Configure SFDC and portals including but not limited to developing custom objects, workflow business rules, and validation rules
Developing triggers, customization, data migration, and integration preferred
Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, Scontrols, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.) preferred
Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment, liaising with onsite teams and customers
Create and perform test campaign whenever it is necessary to fit in the overall planning
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced, multitasking development environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences
Bachelor's Degree
Salesforce Certifications preferred
