- Achieving calling targets set by the organization
- Managing all the incoming calls
- Handling query calmly and professionally.
- Maintaining interaction records for future reference.
- Answering phones and explaining services offered by the company.
- Taking careful notes on each discussion.
- Respectfully carrying out your duties in all situations
- Following all the rules and regulations of the company.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal and Marketing skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent decisionmaking abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Outstanding experience in dealing with different personalities.
- Proven work experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support or a similar position in the
- Manage responses and resolutions for all online queries and feedback.
- Analytical and multitasking skill
- Willingness to learn
Qualification

- 6 months 1 year

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
