Roles and Responsibility

  • Achieving calling targets set by the organization
  • Managing all the incoming calls
  • Handling query calmly and professionally.
  • Maintaining interaction records for future reference.
  • Answering phones and explaining services offered by the company.
  • Taking careful notes on each discussion.
  • Respectfully carrying out your duties in all situations
  • Following all the rules and regulations of the company.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal and Marketing skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Outstanding experience in dealing with different personalities.
  • Proven work experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support or a similar position in the
  • Manage responses and resolutions for all online queries and feedback.
  • Analytical and multitasking skill
  • Willingness to learn

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
