Purpose of the Job

Operation and payment activities like handling donation stalls, raising receipts, and generating reports

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities SPOC for all operation and Materails related queries.

Resolve all operation and payment queries within a defined SLA Interface with finance to resolve receipting, payment failure issues etc.

Interface with various other departments to resolve operation related queries

Will have to work on the weekend, can take a weekly off on one decided weekday.

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification :
Graduate

Supporting problem resolution and decision-making
Good written and speaking skills, Good inter-team & intra-team collaboration.
Organisational and Team management skills
