Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Senior Management to understand the current and future hiring expectations across verticals
- Identifying the organization's manpower needs and drafting an efficient talent acquisition strategy to significantly improve business performance
- Create and successfully manage the strategy to recruit from external partners i.e., Colleges & Universities, HR Vendors, etc.
- Stay abreast with the latest talent acquisition trends in the market
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Proven experience as an HR (Operations and Talent Acquisition)
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
