We are urgently looking for Customer care executive for our office


Female only

Location:
Mayapuri

Responsibilties

  • Handling calls of customer
  • Punching the complaints and sending the technicians
  • Updating details in CRM
  • Sending technicians to the customer location
  • Arranging their spare parts and maintain the inventory
- calling dealers and distributors about new schemes launched

  • Making payments of technicians and ensure the timely payments

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
