Job Location:
Noida Sector 62, Delhi NCR
Roles And Responsibilities-:
- Outbound TELESALES process
- Communicating with customers and explaining the product
- Understanding customers; issues/queries and solving them efficiently
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets Minimum
Qualification & Required Skills:
- Any UG with an experience of a minimum of 1 year in an inbound/outbound call center with excellent customer relationship management skills. Also, upselling skills will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Multilingual)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Should Know south Indian languages like Kannada, Telugu, and English
- 6 days of working Monday to Saturday
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida,
Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Language:
- Kannada (preferred)
- Telugu (preferred)
