Role - Formwork Incharge


Location - Ahmedabad (Head Office)


Job Profile:

We are looking for a qualified, competent, experienced and proactive "HEAD-FORMWORK" for our Head Office at Ahmedabad.

The incumbent will be responsible for the formwork planning function to meet business requirements of the projects in Gujrat and outside Gujarat.


Desired Qualification & Experience:
B.E. CIVIL With years of experience in formwork planning, designing & Procurement in construction contracting companies handling multiple building projects.


Key Responsibilities:


The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Preparation of formwork program based on the overall construction program.
  • Preparing and monitoring shuttering movement chart.
  • Design sitespecific formwork scheme.
  • Coordination with clients/consultants for formwork approvals.
  • Formwork budget preparation & tracking.
  • Monthly monitoring of formwork parameters for all projects in the company.
  • Support tender team with formwork costing & methodology.
  • Tracking & maintaining formwork cost as per tender. Analysis of present skin cost, staging cost and comparing with zero budget cost.
  • Maintain Shuttering usage as per budget.
  • Mobilization & demobilization of all formwork materials.
  • Responsible for entire formwork inventory management through SAP
  • Periodic site visit to ensure the implementation of formwork scheme
  • Conducting the formwork physical stock verification as per the set frequency.
  • Training to the Site team about the usage of Formwork.
  • Scaffolding Training.
  • Involved in Product Development

Salary:
₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year

  • Morning shift
