**Social Media Executive

One Tree**We are looking for a creative and smart social media professional whose prowess transcends boundaries and enables them to produce groundbreaking social + organic content. We're looking for an individual who is compelled by a constant itch to produce something impactful, to bring about an increase in the impressions, reach, click through rates and engagement of social and organic content.

Key responsibilities include:

Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on the target audience's behaviors
Oversee the responses to questions and comments on social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with the ideation, planning and execution of photo and video shoots.

Research industry-related topics, identify customers' needs and gaps in the existing content and recommend new topics

Execute new & creative formats for content while being agile and reactive to the trends for various social networks, including YouTube, etc
Develop content that resonates deeply with our target audience but also elicits them to take the desired actions
Specify vision for accompanying videos, audios, illustrations and graphics to accompany content
Ensure allaround consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on the target audience's behaviours
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
Oversee the responses to questions and comments on social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

12 years of working experience in social media marketing and Brand promotion.
Working Knowledge of Graphic Designing softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
