Job Title:
System Administrator**
Job Location: Kozhikode

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Daily backup all databases from main server.
All works related to CCTV such as monitoring all branches, troubleshooting, reporting to the manager when any complaint occurred.
Followup of all internet and telephone bills.
Any additional work entrusted by the concerned manager when required.

Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field is a plus.

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar will be advantageous.

Experience: 1 to 3 years
