Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating terms
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, or Workday
- Ability to research and stay uptodate on recruitment trends and best practices
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of succession planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
