Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating terms
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, or Workday
  • Ability to research and stay uptodate on recruitment trends and best practices
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
  • Knowledge of succession planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
