Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services based on their requirements.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Handle customer objections and address any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance sales skills and techniques.

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
