As a Customer Care Associate/Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide information about our products and services, resolve complaints, and actively promote sales.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with app features, transactions, and account inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through the app.
- Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English
Experience, Qualification, Compensation & Benefits
- Experience Required - 1-2 years, BPO, Customer Support, Call Centre
- Qualification -Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Compensation & Benefits - Attractive compensation at par with industry standards.
Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
