Description

Job Duties:


  • Schedule drivers and build routes, optimizing hours of service, mileage, and truck capacity.
  • Answer high volume of driver related calls on load schedules, load information, directions, help with routes and terminal locations.
  • Track loads while handling customers' inquiries and market conditions.
  • Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure drivers has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load and satisfying customer expectations.
Tracking and providing load ETA to customer.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
  • Experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Night shift

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Logistics: 1 year (required)

  • English, Punjabi, Hindi (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Mohali, Punjab (required)
