Description
Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc. - Timely market surveys on competitors' price, product, b- Ensure & confirm appointment before visit to customers / dealers.
- Arrangement of showroom visit for satisfying customer need.
- Prepare directory of prospective clients.
- Give cold calling, constant follow up with agents Architects, Builders, Contacts, Designers and , design, payment strategy etc
- Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (ecatalogue), pricelist etc. at the time of appointment.
- Ensure customer see our eCatalogue & services
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Sell company's products by identifying leads,
- Help clients to select brand & product finalization according to their needs.
- Close sales, ensure & inform the payment terms and conditions, timely collection of trade payment.
- Ensure the on time delivery for closed customer.
- Provide customers with exceptional services during pre and postsales support.
- Coordinate with concerned department in complaint clearance.
- Involve and also focus on digital and online marketing.
- Focus & Achieve sales targets and collection target according to latest company schemes
- Organize and attend companywide and marketing events.
- Support in Display Arrangements with DNE team.
- New data collection and follow up after event.
- Support in finding appropriate sites for hoardings.
- Coordinate in gift distribution after promotional scheme achievement.
- Collect plans / designs from clients / dealers (kitchen, bathrooms, interior, claddings etc.),
- Provide predesigned templates / plans to clients from Design & Execution team
- Finalize products, materials with client and get updated designs from Design & Execution team.
- Ensure displays and mockups are completed in the stipulated time.
- Ensure Service charge collection for Design & Execution team, if required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction pre & post sales.
- Provide 100% swift service availability to meet customer needs on incase of urgency.

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate /postgraduation / MBA
- In Marketing.
- Proven 2 years' experience as marketing executive.

Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
