  • To support LugBee users & hosts in completing the booking process.
  • Scheduling and delivering online training to our hosts & users.
  • Overseeing the customer & host service process.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Adhering to the company's rules and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • A quick learner with exceptional ability to make decisions.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure.

  • Proficient in online meeting tools like Google Meet, Skype, Anydesk etc.
