As a Product Owner at Anaqua, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our intellectual property management software by monitoring the Intellectual Property (IP) market and identifying new features to enhance our product.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, intellectual property knowledge, and a strategic mindset to drive product development and ensure alignment with the needs of our clients.

• Continuously analyze the Intellectual Property market and emerging trends
• Identify market gaps and opportunities for product improvement
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and competitor developments

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback
• Collaborate with clients and crossfunctional teams to design and implement new features and improvements
• Ensure the product aligns with the evolving needs of the IP industry

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, AI, APIs, and partnerships to enhance product capabilities
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of integration solutions

• Lead initiatives to enhance docketing automation within the product
• Improve efficiency and accuracy in managing IPrelated deadlines, filings, and document management

• Utilize strong intellectual property knowledge to guide product development in compliance with global IP regulations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Law) preferred
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on IP management software
• Indepth understanding of intellectual property laws, patent and trademark processes, and related regulations
• Technical proficiency to facilitate discussions with software development teams
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for product improvement
