Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the B2B Sales Executive will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with business-to-business (B2B) customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate new leads to grow the company's customer base
  • Research and identify potential clients within the target market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Manage and update customer database and sales pipeline regularly
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 23 years' experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed

₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Rasulgarh, Bhubaneshwar , Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
