Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic individual for the Founder's Office-Strategy & Operations with extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team and support the Founder in effective decision-making, project management and execution of strategic initiatives and daily operational/ administration work of the Founders
Responsibilities:
Assisting in client research, and preparing persuasive presentations.
Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Collaborating with the Founder to build compelling narratives and impactful pitch decks for stakeholders.
Identifying potential business opportunities and contributing to the development of growth strategies.
Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges that arise during the execution of initiatives.
Track and report project status and risks to the Founder and leadership team.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the founder.
Attend meetings and events with the founder, and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Manage the founder's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Full Time - Master or MBA with minimum 2yrs to 4yrs of experience.
Experience working in the Founder's office in a fast-paced environment/experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and execution, with some experience in project management, or related roles preferred.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks to support the success of the company.
Strong data-driven mindset capable of analyzing massive amounts of data, and analyzing performance using metrics.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Drive executive-level operations strategic and business reviews, and Board meetings.
Experience: 2yrs to 4yrs
