Executive Assistant

Location:
Vadodara or Mumbai, India


Salary Range:
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company.
  • Manage the CMD's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform basic internet research and gather information as required.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks.

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work in either Vadodara or Mumbai, based on company requirements.
